Membership and Customer Account and Login
If your purchase an online course or membership, you will be required to register an account with Kids Love Good Food by entering your email and choosing a secure password. This will allow you to gain access to your products by logging in to your personal account. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password that is hard for others to guess, and that you log out from your account at the end of every session. You may change your password at any time while logged in to your account, or reset your password if you forget it using the ‘lost password’ link on the account login page.
You must treat your account login information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party and only using Kids Love Good Food in person. By purchasing a single-license product, you agree not to share with or allow access to other parties. B purchasing a multi-user license, you agree to limit access to the members of your group as agreed with Kids Love Good Food at the time of purchase. If you think there may have been any breach of security then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and if logging in is possible, to change your password. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
The prices indicated in our online store are shown in Australian Dollars and do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. Some products qualify for free delivery in Australia, as clearly indicated within the description of those products and at the checkout. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error, etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will contact you via email to notify you of the estimated time for delivery. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. You will be notified via email of any delays. Should you decide that you no longer wish to purchase a product due to delayed shipment, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. Should your order be sent in two separate shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping costs.
Kids Love Good Food currently offers 2 payment options: PayPal and credit card payment. These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Kids Love Good Food is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. All transactions, including direct payment by credit card on our Website, are conducted via Paypal payment services. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase any products on our website. Delivery of physical products
Physical products will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The User is responsible for providing the correctly delivery address on the credit card form at checkout, as well as on the Paypal checkout if applicable. All physical products will be shipped from Kids Love Good Food within 3 working days of receiving your payment. Delivery to an address in Australia takes 3-10 working days. Delivery times to countries outside of Australia vary and cannot be guaranteed, however products will be mailed out within 3 working days. Kids Love Good Food does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Delivery of online products
Online products, such as ebooks, online courses and memberships, will be delivered to your nominated email address within 48 hours from receiving your payment. Online products may be delivered as login and password access to content on our Website, or as a downloadable files. Details of the delivery format are included in each product’s description in the online store.
Returns and Refunds
Should you dissatisfied with a product or feel that the product description didn’t match the product you received, you may return your product and ask for a refund. Kids Love Good Food allows you 15 days to return a physical product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This will protect you should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, re-sellable condition. Any product that has been damaged or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order. Should you wish to cancel an online membership subscription or course, access to your online account will be terminated immediately from the time of cancellation. Refunds will be made via the same payment method as was used at the time of purchase.
All the content on the Website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Kids Love Good Food. No partial or total reproduction of this content is permitted without express authorisation by Kids Love Good Food. All information, content and files is protected by International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. Kids Love Good Food cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. We will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.
